Go for a 10 minute brisk walk or jog during your lunch break.
Seriously, this is one of the best things you can do to break up your day and keep limber. I found incorporating just these 10 minutes daily during the work week helped with keeping weight from creeping up and kept me feeling refreshed throughout the day. You’ll need to make sure you do work up a bit of a sweat in the 10 minutes but with most work places now offering end of trip facilities, you’ll feel much better for taking the time to rejuvenate and recharge.
